Please note: The home includes a separate basement studio with a private, locked exterior entrance and no access to the guest area. At times it may be occupied long-term, but it never shares or connects to guest spaces. Guests have full privacy in all areas listed in this booking.

This Tranquil Retreat accommodates 8 guests across 3 cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed, 5 drawer dresser & large closet. The 2nd bedroom is on the upper level as well; equipped with a queen-size bed and large closet.

The 3rd bedroom is on the main level of the home, fitted with a 2 twin-size beds. Lastly, the family room on the main level has a pull out couch to sleep 2 guests in the queen mattress.

There are two full bathrooms in this home. The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo while the bathroom downstairs has a shower. Each of them comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, hot water kettle and all your everyday stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests while there are 2 additional bar stools at the island counter top.

Guest access
You will have access to the main and upper floors of the house, along with the laundry room in the basement where detergent is provided. There is a separate apartment in the basement of the house, however there is a separate entrance to this unit and the tenant, who is rarely in town, does not have access to the laundry room, exterior space or any other areas of the house that you do doing your stay. The home is fitted with a smart lock for the front door and a code will be sent out a few nights before arrival for a smooth check-in process.

There is a driveway on the left side of the house you are free to use. There is also street parking available, however you may only park on the west side of the street as explained by the signs.

Other things to note
The $39 Management Fee is used to purchase damage protection during your stay. Please let us know if there are any accidents or something breaks at the house, and we can cover it up to $1500 at no additional charge to the guest.
