The Space
The home is spread across two distinct living areas:

Main House: Top Floor (Entry Level)

Step inside to an open living, dining, and kitchen area that anchors the home. The top-floor king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, a great setup for the group's host couple or anyone who'd rather not do stairs at the end of the day.

Main House: Lower Floor

Downstairs you'll find the primary suite with a second king bed, en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus three more bedrooms: a queen bedroom, a bunk room (full-over-twin bunk plus a separate twin, sleeps four), and a shared full bathroom. There's also a dedicated TV room for movie nights and a full laundry room.

The ADU: Private Lower-Level Suite

What makes Parker House unusual is the attached ADU: a roughly 700 sq ft one-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, full bathroom, and living/dining space.

Please note:

The ADU is accessed only from a separate exterior entrance, it's not connected to the main house interior. This makes it ideal for in-laws, adult kids, or a couple traveling with the group who'd like their own front door, kitchen, and quiet space, while staying just steps from the rest of the party.

Stroll down to Alki Beach for sunset views of Puget Sound and the Olympics, grab coffee or dinner in the West Seattle Junction, or catch the Water Taxi for a 10-minute ride to downtown Seattle. SeaTac is about 20 minutes by car.
